ATTENTION – Covid-19 Operational Guidelines for Cochlear Hearing Center


Dear Valued Patient:


Your health and the health of our clinic team remains our number one priority. Following guidance from the Center for Disease Control, we will have additional guidelines in place during the Covid-19 pandemic. Please be aware that we will have safety measures put in place in order to protect the health and safety of you, our patients, and the clinic staff.

Our mission at Cochlear is to help people hear and be heard and it’s what we strive to do each day. With this in mind, we thank you for working with us to ensure that we can do this safely


The following steps are in place currently:

  1. Face masks will be required for all staff and patients/guests during the visit. We ask that patients/guest bring their own masks and ensure a mask is worn for the duration of their visit. We cannot see you for an appointment if you do not wear a mask.
  2. We will allow 1 caregiver and/or family member in the clinic to accompany the patient into their appointment. Masks required for guests.
  3. Staff will be utilizing gloves at all times.
  4. Scheduling of patients will be done in such a way as to ensure minimum contact with others (i.e., staggering of patient times).
